Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using the pg128 platform. By registering an account or placing a wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms in their entirety.

These Terms & Conditions govern every aspect of your relationship with pg128 — from creating an account to placing bets, claiming bonuses, and withdrawing winnings.
You must be at least 21 years of age and a resident of Indonesia to open and operate a pg128 account. Age verification is mandatory and conducted during registration.
Each individual may hold exactly one pg128 account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will result in immediate suspension and forfeiture of any associated balances.
Transactions are processed via Indonesian local banks (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI) and e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay). All amounts are denominated in IDR.
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. Attempting to abuse bonus conditions — including multi-accounting or matched betting — will result in cancellation of the bonus and associated winnings.
pg128 uses 256-bit SSL encryption and certified RNG systems across all game titles. Any attempt to manipulate outcomes, exploit software vulnerabilities, or engage in collusion is strictly prohibited.

In these Terms & Conditions, unless the context otherwise requires, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:

| "Balance" | The total amount of real-money funds held within your Account, excluding any locked bonus funds that have not yet completed wagering requirements. |
| "Bonus Funds" | Promotional credits granted by pg128 subject to specific wagering and withdrawal conditions as set out in the relevant promotion terms. |
| "KYC" | Know Your Customer — the identity and document verification process required to confirm Player eligibility and prevent fraud and money laundering. |
| "IDR / Rp" | Indonesian Rupiah — the sole currency in which all Account balances, wagers, and transactions are conducted on pg128. |
| "WIB" | Western Indonesia Time (UTC+7) — the default time zone used for all pg128 operational hours and draw schedules. |
Access to and use of the pg128 Platform is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following criteria:
21+ Age Restriction: pg128 takes its obligation to prevent underage gambling extremely seriously. Any Account found to have been opened by an individual under 21 years of age will be immediately closed, all balances forfeited, and the matter reported to the relevant authorities where required by law.

Each individual may register and operate one Account only on the pg128 Platform. Opening multiple Accounts — whether using different email addresses, names, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, pg128 reserves the right to close all associated Accounts and forfeit all balances therein.
pg128 is required to verify the identity of all registered Players. You may be asked to provide one or more of the following documents at any time:
Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed. pg128 aims to complete standard KYC review within 24 hours of receipt of all required documents.
You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration and throughout your use of the Platform remains accurate and current. pg128 accepts no liability for losses arising from inaccurate account information. You must notify support immediately if your contact details, bank account, or e-wallet change.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. pg128 strongly recommends that you:
pg128 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your Account where you have failed to maintain adequate security or where you have shared your credentials with another party.
pg128 accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment channels:
The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000 per transaction. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account tier; current limits are displayed within the Deposit section of your account dashboard.
Deposits made via e-wallet (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) are typically credited to your Account within 1–3 minutes. Bank transfer deposits are credited upon confirmation of receipt, which typically occurs within 5–15 minutes during banking hours. pg128 is not responsible for delays caused by the Player's bank or e-wallet provider.
All deposits are accepted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Deposits made in any other currency will be rejected at the point of processing. pg128 does not accept cryptocurrency, foreign currency, or international wire transfers.
You may only deposit funds from payment accounts that are registered in your own name and that match the identity information on your pg128 Account. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be reversed.
To be eligible to withdraw funds, you must have:
pg128 targets a withdrawal processing time of under 3 minutes for verified accounts requesting amounts below their daily automatic-approval threshold. Requests above the threshold or flagged for manual review may take up to 24 hours. pg128 will notify you via email if a withdrawal requires manual review.
Withdrawals are processed to the same bank account or e-wallet from which your most recent deposit was made. pg128 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, alternative bank accounts not registered to your identity, or any account in a currency other than IDR.
The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Maximum daily withdrawal limits are set by account tier and are displayed in your account dashboard. Players may contact support to request a limit review fo r higher-tier accounts following satisfactory KYC review.
pg128 does not charge a platform-side fee for standard withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transfer fees, which are outside pg128's control. Any such fees are the Player's sole responsibility.
All bonuses and promotional offers made available by pg128 are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, in addition to these general bonus terms. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence.
Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., a 10x wagering requirement on a Rp 100.000 bonus requires Rp 1.000.000 in qualifying wagers before withdrawal is permitted).
Not all game types contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, the following contribution rates apply:
pg128 reserves the right to cancel any bonus and void associated winnings if it determines, at its sole discretion, that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: opening multiple Accounts to claim the same bonus, placing offsetting bets across markets to reduce wagering risk, using automated betting software, or any other strategy designed to circumvent the intent of a promotion.
Bonus funds that have not been used or have not met their wagering requirements within the validity period stated in the relevant promotion terms will expire automatically and be removed from the Account Balance without notice.
All sports wagers — including pre-match, in-play, and mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator bets) — are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport and market. Wagers are void if an event is cancelled or abandoned before the minimum required play time has elapsed, as defined by pg128's sportsbook rules for each sport. Voor bola (Asian handicap) lines are settled in accordance with standard Asian handicap rules published in the sportsbook help section.
Live dealer game results are final once the round is closed by the dealer. Technical disconnections on the Player's side during a live round do not constitute grounds for void or refund, unless a documented dealer error or platform-side technical failure can be confirmed by pg128's game provider logs.
All togel draw results are sourced from the official output of the respective pool (Singapore, Sydney, Macau). In the event of a discrepancy between the draw result displayed on the Platform and the official pool result, the official pool result shall take precedence. pg128 publishes draw results within 10 minutes of the official announcement.
All slot gacor and standard slot titles use independently audited certified RNG systems. Published RTP figures represent long-run theoretical return and are not a guarantee of outcome in any individual session. In-game jackpot and bonus features operate according to the rules embedded in the game software supplied by the relevant licensed studio.
Any dispute regarding the outcome of a wager or game must be raised with pg128 support within 72 hours of the disputed result being published. Disputes raised after this window will not be considered. pg128's decision, informed by provider game logs and official result sources, is final.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pg128 Platform and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of all balances:
Anti-Money Laundering (AML): pg128 complies with international AML standards. Suspicious transaction patterns will be flagged, accounts suspended pending investigation, and relevant reports filed with appropriate authorities where legally required.
pg128 reserves the right to suspend or restrict any Account at any time and without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:
You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting pg128 support. Before closure is processed, any pending withdrawals will be completed and your remaining Balance (excluding non-withdrawable bonus funds) will be returned to your verified payment method. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and are given priority over standard account closure.
Upon termination or permanent closure of an Account — whether initiated by you or by pg128 — all pending bets will be settled according to standard rules, and any withdrawable Balance will be returned within 5 business days. Bonus funds are forfeited upon Account closure under any circumstance.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pg128 shall not be liable for:
pg128's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
pg128 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and is incorporated herein by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
pg128 will not sell, lease, or disclose your personal data to unaffiliated third parties except where required by law, necessary to process your transactions, or required for the operation of KYC and AML compliance programs.

Where changes are material, pg128 will notify registered Players via email at least 7 days before the amended terms take effect. The updated terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.
Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with the amended terms, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure before the effective date of the change.
These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pg128 holds its international operating license. Players access the Platform voluntarily and acknowledge that online betting may be subject to legal restrictions in their jurisdiction.
pg128 operates under international licensing frameworks and does not represent that access to or use of the Platform is lawful in all jurisdictions. It is the Player's sole responsibility to determine whether their access to and use of the Platform is permitted under the laws of Indonesia or any other applicable jurisdiction.
